"The staff was amazing and very kind! The room was everything we needed, they were able to move u stop a bigger bed which was very kind of the staff to do. And the location of the hotel was great as well"

"The breakfast was good with a great variety of choices to start the day. One problem was the inability to open the window!!!!! Why?? After 2 people took the shower (with glass doors and walls, btw...) the room grew stuffy and the air stale. You need to be able to open the windows!!!! Plastic pads inder the thin bed sheets encorage profuse sweating during the night. Good overall."

"The location is decent; it’s close to the train station and a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. However, the amenities are poor. We only have one soap for all our needs, and the staff is unresponsive to our requests for towels and other items. If you’re okay with basic and poor customer service, this place might be suitable for you as a temporary accommodation. However, I believe there are better options available. "
