The resort is beautiful, family-friendly, and well maintained, with excellent food variety and quality throughout our stay. A special thank you to Milad, the restaurant manager, and his entire team for their outstanding service, warm hospitality, and genuine care, which made our experience even more memorable. We would highly recommend this resort and would love to return."

"Very entertaining "

"The Jasmine resort is a great comfortable family resort. They have good selection of buffet, comfortable spacious rooms and entertainment every night. The downsides for us were as follows: Staff do not seem very friendly especially the male worker in charge of the waffles near the wave pool. I don't think we saw him smile at all in the whole time we were there. He doesn't seem to like his job and very rude serving us. The beauty salon is over priced and quality of treatments are very average. The pools have rules but nobody seems to follow them and this is not managed by the hotel staff. For example everyone reserves beach chairs by draping a towel over it and this happens early morning so there are no shady beach chairs available at all. Overall our stay was comfortable and the entertainment crew and cleaning crew were lovely and did a great job. Next time we would try another resort to compare. "
