"This hotel was so excellent..shuttle service to and from Malpensa Airport...breakfast had many choices and everything was very tasty and fresh.The staff was extremely helpful and even printed our boarding passes for us. Our room was ample and nice and quiet with very comfortable beds.Two wonderful restaurants are down the block within a 5 minute walk.If you need a hotel near the Malpensa airport this is the one to choose."

"The hotel is very old but nicely updated. They offer a free shuttle to the airport. The rooms are a nice size and bathrooms are spacious. Not too many amenities but you don’t need them if you are just spending the night before flying out. We walked to the bakery, pub and gelato (which is right down the alley). We also had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. The check in clerk was super nice and very helpful."

"Cons: You have to pay for something special for a birthday....this is the only hotel who ever done this and it was disappointing to not have at least something small complimentary. VERY far from the main city especially during traffic hours (and cabs are expensive) and the nearest bus stop is 20 mins walking away. NOTHING to do or walk to in the area. Breakfast was the exact same everyday. Pros: Friendly / helpful staff who spoke english well Clean rooms Food tasted good and 4 hot options for breakfast"
