What an amazing hotel. Concierge was the nicest and they even gave us to go breakfast bags because we left earlier than they open. I was truly please with this hotel and the amazing service and shuttle bus!

We loved our stay at this property and would happily return if ever in the area again. Everything was wonderful and we met several nice staff members. The restaurant was amazing and we ate there for lunch and dinner! The airport shuttle was on time and a nice bonus. Loved this charming area too. Stopped by The Crazy Pub around the corner and it was lovely too. Breakfast was well done as well.

The hotel did not get a five star rating only because there isn’t much to do in this section of the town. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. They offer a free shuttle service to the airport which saved us approximately €50. The restaurant associated with the hotel was amazing! Food was great and staff was superb.

It’s very convenient if you need to stay near Malpensa and their shuttle service is great! It was also very convenient to have the restaurant downstairs and the food was very good. Would definitely come back!

The room was wonderful Very clean. Bed comfortable. Awesome shower. Restaurant for dinner was very good. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The shuttle was quick and on time. The history of the property is so interesting and pictures on the walls show this.

The staff were very polite and have excellent English language skills. The quadruple room was spacious with tall ceilings, modern bathroom and furniture and mini fridge. Restaurant was delicious for dinner (well-priced too) and breakfast buffet offered a wider variety of items than expected (bacon, vienna sausages, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, croissants (filled/flavored and plain). I would stay here again for sure.

Excellent hotel for a one-night stay en route to MXP. Restaurant very good but busy (and expensive). Would be good to have had transport from train station to hotel itself (had to walk with bag up a hill), but shuttle service was prompt and helpful. Would stay there again.
