"It was difficult to get to this place as it is a ways out of the way, but beautiful property with amazing staff. Breakfast has a variety of selection. "
"This is a lovely hotel. The owners are friendly and very welcoming. The hotel itself is clean, well situated & quiet. The building is in excellent condition and transport to Florence S.M.N is easy. Lots of amenities nearby, including a laundromat. Would definitely would recommend. "

"My fiance and I were wowed in the Wow Room, Lovely, spacious, nice balcony, quiet, which overlooked a back courtyard, instagramable. 4 short stops on the T2 Tram from the Central Station, a 25 min to the Duomo and surrounding center area. The continental breakfast was decent, no cooked to order options and most of all the manager and staff were thee nicest, they went out of their way to make our stay in Florence most memorable. "
"We used this hotel as a final night before our flight. Convenient to the airport and “metro”. A great way to end your vacation and start getting mentally ready to head home. "
"Perfect location for a short visit. Steps to the train and a quick walk to all main landmarks. Room was clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast and bar were great. Would stay again!"
"We showed up early hoping to just drop our bags and our room was actually ready! able to check in well before our time and it allowed us to enjoy another full day in Florence before our flight home in the morning. Front desk staff were super helpful with advice on what time to get to the airport (located 5mins away), called us a cab, and even had a bagged breakfast for us to take with us since we had to checkout at 4am!
