Brand new apartment in front of the La Concha and Compostela beaches (blue flag) at the beginning of the walk that connects Villagarcía de Arosa and Carril, in the heart of the Rías Baixas (Galicia).

It has a bright living-dining room with a sofa bed and access to a large terrace with a side view of the promenade, an equipped independent kitchen, a sunny double room with a built-in wardrobe and its own access to the terrace. Full bathroom with hydromassage shower. A room (laundry / drying / pantry) and another built-in wardrobe in the entrance hall. It also has a garage and storage room.

Located in a strategic point of the Rías Bajas (Baixas): 15 minutes from Cambados; 19 from the Arousa Island; 25 from Sanxenxo; 30 de Combarro, Pontevedra city and La Lanzada Beach; 35 from O Grove, La Toja Island, San Vicente do Mar Beach and Ons Islands; 40 from Santiago de Compostela; 45 from Vigo or Cangas and being able to visit the Cíes Islands; 60 from Portugal (Valença do Miño, 90 from Braga or 120 from Porto), 75 from A Coruña, 90 from La Costa de la Muerte (da Morte) or Orense (boat route through Cañones del Sil and Ribeira Sacra). ..

Piso nuevo a 15 minutos del centro

El piso está bien. Todo nuevo. Menaje suficiente, cerca del centro en un lugar tranquilo. Lo único negativo ha sido por parte de la plataforma; la devolución de la fianza, pese a estar conforme el propietario, la devuelven 10 días después de haber dejado el piso. Me parece exagerado.
