"Totally disinterested staff. Reception and restaurant worst ever. Left cash for meal as one and only waitress on duty was nowhere to be found (probably went home fed up lol). Reception don't want to know 'go find the waitress' was response'. Then next day after we left - got a message to say 'you didn't pay your restaurant bill so we have debited your card'. Priceless. Only good thing about this hotel was the pool. "

"We experienced a lot of rain when we were there so couldn't spend much time on the grounds. The people were very friendly and accommodating. It's an old farmhouse which was funky (in a good way!) and homey. The bed was not super comfortable. but, overall, the wonderful people who own and work there made it the best!"

"The girl who checked us in was rude! No heat in the room. When asked, told it's too early The sauna we had been looking forward to, wasn't working When we came down for dinner, we asked the woman who was working the front desk if we could get a space heater, she happily got us one. The girl from earlier was standing there. The gentleman who was working in the on site Cafe was wonderful! He made us hot soup - just what we needed. We were sopping wet. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options....
