It’s a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The staff are very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and I really liked the fact that the bathrooms had a nice sized bath tub. We’ve stayed here in the past and will definitely stay here again.

Hotel itself was very nice. Staff were excellent. Meals and drinks were great. Room was small but clean. Air conditioning unit to cool the room was mediocre. Would liked to have been closer to a downtown nightlife. Overall the place was very good and if we came back to Palmeira or had our friends/family stay there we would recommend the hotel.

we were only there one night while passing through the area. beautiful location by the ocean with its own beach and deck with cabanas with a great view. the room was a bit small, and the air conditioning did not work very well - we had to turn it all the way down to get it to kick in. very friendly and helpful staff though, and they have bike rentals to ride along the boardwalk.

Location is beautiful and staff caring and professional but the facilities need urgent renovation. The air conditioning was not working and the heat was unbearable. We decided to cancel the rest of our stay and move to other hotel as the heat wave made it impossible to remain in our room . A real pity.

Based upon the customer reviews & ratings in addition to its 4-star rating, we were expecting something better. The restaurant food was abismal (lunch), although breakfast had its positive aspects. There were no welcoming or comfortable lounge areas to hang out at in for work/play. The room did have a nice view of the beach. Was good for a night, albeit expensive for what it had to offer.

La zona es fantástica. El hotel estaba casi vacío y no me dieron opción a unas vistas al mar o habría pagado la diferencia, no es lo mismo que vistas al parking. La terraza y camas balinesas no estaban montadas porque los días anteriores hizo malo pero el día que estuve yo estaba bien y no pude disfrutarlo. Tuve que ir 3 veces a recepción porque no iban las llaves pero no me cambiaron la habitación. No volveré

El entorno es magnifico, el hotel no esta mal pero el servicio de desayunos es un desastre. Para empezar el cafe para este hotel tan grande solo dispone de 2 cafeteras de capsulas, y no habia capsulas. Los zumos se acaban rapido y los pocos camareros no dan a basto con tanta gente. Maña ezperiencia en los desayunos. Reservamos con 3 meses de antelacion 2 habitaciones altas juntas y nos dieron planta baja una y la otra en la primera separadas. Un desastre de organización

Eviter les chambres "inner"

Hôtel très bien situé "les pieds dans l'eau" avec une vue magnifique. Mais il faut impérativement choisir une chambre "vue mer" et surtout éviter le piège des chambres "inner" car vous vous trouverez entre deux couloirs : du premier, il y a la vue sur votre salle de bains et du second sur votre lit ! La nourriture n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles et il faut impérativement une voiture pour aller manger en ville.

Nos dieron la peor habitación del hotel, además argumentando que “al haberlo cogido a través de una oferta pués claro nos dan la peor habitación” Un cubículo con vistas a un patio de luces en el que solo entra la cama y dos mesillas, sin luz, claustrofóbica, horrible. 98€ Y no pagaría ni 20 por dormir ahí. Parece una pensión, no un hotel de 4 estrellas. Dicho esto, en su página, al hacer la reserva en ningún sitio especificaban ustedes que sería una habitación interior sin vistas.

Si tenemos que poner un pero es con respecto a la piscina. Ha habido mucha gente que se colaba en ella, no alojados en el hotel.No se duchan y en general estaba bastante sucia. Llena de arena y en la situación de hoy en dia, con el covid, creemos que deberia haber habido mucho mas control.
