The customer service was awesome and really made me feel welcome and we'll cared for. "Totally disinterested staff. Reception and restaurant worst ever. Left cash for meal as one and only waitress on duty was nowhere to be found (probably went home fed up lol). Reception don't want to know 'go find the waitress' was response'. Then next day after we left - got a message to say 'you didn't pay your restaurant bill so we have debited your card'. Priceless. Only good thing about this hotel was the pool. "

"This is a very comfortable budget hotel with some excelente features. Particularly liked the staff,peaceful atmosphere, contemporary design with minimalist rooms and plenty of natural light. Varied breakfast. Epukk los have liked to see filter coffee provided, in addition to the Nescafé bean machine. Planning to stay there again, next time I am in the area."
