"Totally disinterested staff. Reception and restaurant worst ever. Left cash for meal as one and only waitress on duty was nowhere to be found (probably went home fed up lol). Reception don't want to know 'go find the waitress' was response'. Then next day after we left - got a message to say 'you didn't pay your restaurant bill so we have debited your card'. Priceless. Only good thing about this hotel was the pool. "

"Came to the Casa after a long drive. The outdoor jacuzzi was heated awaiting our arrival. The room was fantastic. We had a perfectly prepared fresh fish dinner paired with a bottle of wine from Casa do Sear estate. After that, we capped off with a sauna before retiring to bed. Incredible "

When asked, told it's too early The sauna we had been looking forward to, wasn't working When we came down for dinner, we asked the woman who was working the front desk if we could get a space heater, she happily got us one. The girl from earlier was standing there. The gentleman who was working in the on site Cafe was wonderful! He made us hot soup - just what we needed. We were sopping wet. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options....
