Amazing, very comfy, clean and quiet, all the stuff were very helpful, hotel manager very active and supportive, only bad thing is check in time 3pm very restricted no exception.

The hotel was in close proximity to metro station and had good transport links. However, I was disappointed with having no room service provided on day 1 of our stay for which I complained to the hotel reception. No apology was given to us which was a big surprise.

Excellent hotel, very clean and quiet with super helpful staff. Excellent breakfast options. Nice vibe. Very well located with easy access to tram and underground network. Walking distance of city centre attractions. Worked out very well as a base for our family (with 2 kids) to explore a phenomenal city. We will definitely be back. A great trip. Thanks.

I spent quite some time to find the right hotel, and i absolutely made a great decision. Kudos to the cleaning team and everyone else. Breakfast very good. Quick access to public transport and close to the center. Highly recommend.

My stay here was positive from beginning to end. I stayed 4 nights. Reception was efficient, informative and friendly. The room was scrupulously cleaned and very comfortable. Bathroom excellent. I invited a local friend for breakfast before departure and she took details to pass on to others. Very impressed.

Do not pay in advance. Thay will cheat..
Never stay in this hotel you pay and thay don’t give you what you pay for… Thay make mistakes in their system and than say that it’s your fault that you didn’t reply in time.. Be careful .. there is much better option in the city for this price..

Tucked in a quiet oart of Neubau, which is walking distance from Museum Quarter or Innerestadt we really enjoyed our stay here. Didn't try the breakfast but it looked rich in options. Staff was friendly even helped us to an iPhone charger my wife forgot hers. Good hotel

Scam
The hotel gave us an old room that doesn't look any similar to the picture. On top of that, we got separated beds, although we ordered one double bed. In return the hotel told us this is our problem and they are fully booked with all rooms. WARNING you dont get near this hotel. ON TOP OF THAT, they refused to give us a discount on that night while they didn't have the room we ordered, which they needed to provide. This is absolutely a scam. DONT GET NEAR THIS HOTEL.

Arrived at 2 o clock only to be told we can’t check in until 4 o clock. Nobody at all in reception Fortunately a cleaner let us leave our bags in reception until we could check in Very very basic hotel although in a good walking distance to all amenities Shower was cold and bed uncomfortable, it’s all you can expect I guess from a basic hotel Certainly not an 8.4 out of 10 hotel More 5.4

A pleasant stay
The hotel is a bit tired but was clean and good value for the price. Staff was very nice and friendly. There is an excellent restaurant next door. A short walk to all the sites.

Hotel is quite dated and needs updating - rooms are tiny. Breakfast was lovely and hosts very accommodating. Slightly out of town - would recommend staying further in if possible.

Great location for walking to all the sights and shopping. The Staff were very pleasant and helpful and more than happy to give us vacuum flasks with boiling water and a jig of milk at night so we could make tea in the room. Thank you, this was most appreciated.
