"The Lido hotel is centrally located within walking distance to Revolutionary Square, the national history Museum, Parliament, Palace, and any other attractions. It has a restaurant that is also very good. The staff were especially helpful and friendly, especially Sari who checked me in and answered many questions that I had… she also gave me a very nice room with a balcony on the top level of the hotel for no additional charge.."

"This hotel was a 5 minute walk to the main train station Gara du Nord, which was why I booked it as a stopover on my way to the north. I arrived at the hotel around 3am due to a late flight and there was friendly 24-hour reception to check me in. The rooms are a classic hotel room, beds are firm, but the A/C was great and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was ample and delicious - coffees, juices, and a selection pastries, veggies, eggs and meats. It’s a nice functional hotel to stay at if you want to catch an early train, or be close to bussing."

"The location of the hotel was superb. Hotel Michelangelo was a short walking distance from the action. Even though this is a budget friendly hotel, the property was clean & well maintained. The staff were professional & very helpful. My room was cleaned each day & they have a nice selection of Romanian wine at their bar. If I visit Bucharest again, I will definitely stay there again."
