I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The whole place was spotless and very well kept, and the breakfast was absolutely lovely.The staff were amazing and even upgraded me to the junior suite for my birthday. Made my stay extra special.

Excellent breakfast included, great location but taxis are so cheap it wouldn’t matter where it was situated. Very nice clean room too. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at the Leonardo from 3-4 Feb and we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are nice and spacious and very clean with a cotempary feel. The service at Conceirge was friendly and efficient. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Bucharest

Terrible stay, doesn't worth the money. Rooms have no soundproof at all, you can hear everything from next rooms and corridor. Awful smell of smoke in rooms. Breakfast average. Friendly staff.

Lovely, comfortable hotel

Lovely comfortable new hotel, in a perfect central location. The only thing I didn’t like was my room had an adjoining door to the next room and there was no noise insulation. They did offer to move me after the first night but I was settled by the.

The staff was indispensables in recommending great dining options to us. The beds are comfortable, no problems. There is an Expresso machine in the room and even a how water heater for tea.

The ops manager that attended me was great. The room nice and the bed comfortable. The negative was the traffic noise from the street at night It was terrible and sleeping was difficult.

Nice hotel, customer service could be better.

Selected 3 single bed room but when arrived only double plus single was available. There was no safe in the room and one was not provided even when receptionist said they would sort it out. Same for additional blanket, never arrived. Buffet breakfast looked good but hot items where cold, perhaps table service on hot items would be better solution. Overall it is nice hotel but service was lacking

The only reason I didn’t like the stuff there, was because they started to repair something around 7AM , (big noise), but didn’t even apologized for inconvenience. Many people had the same problem in that morning.

The first thing i found odd was that the hotel address was for the small back alley and not for either of the avenue's that the hotel stands in. Hotel is new and modern with quite small breakfast room which also works as a bar, but i didn't have any problems in any day finding a table. Breakfast was quite good, but i did miss fresh fruit instead of somewhat sweet concentrates. The location is good, within walking distance to the metro station though you have to go through small alleys. It's also at the end of part of the avenue which is blocked off from traffic during the weekend evenings making it pedestrian street and sort of party street. It didn't create disturbing noise. It's also the beginning of the area which is renovated and new and the area which is great to spend your time in since the part which isn't renovated is really ugly. My room was really nice, good size, clean with a quite large shower though the shower had poor water pressure and didn't hold the water temperature even at all times. I do recommend this hotel.
