Excellent hotel, service, products. Staff was very helpful and willing to assist with any ask. Hotel is in great condition. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable and with good quality equipment

Great location in a quiet area only 20 minutes away from the Old Town by bus and also close to a Metro stop. I was very glad to be staying somewhere within easy reach of all the sights but away from the noise and crowds of the Old Town! My 8th floor room was spacious and well-appointed with a very comfortable bed, ironing board and iron, plenty of storage space, desk and chair. The included breakfast buffet had plenty of choice in the mornings and it was good to have a kettle in the room (with complimentary tea and coffee). I did have a problem initially on checking in as the room was extremely hot (the thermostat read 27.5 degrees and the room also smelled incredibly strongly of air freshener) and I was told it wasn’t possible to put the air conditioning on at this time of year and I would just have to leave the window open. I complained again when I got back from dinner in the evening and it was still 26.5 degrees in the room despite the window having been open for hours - the air conditioning in my room was then enabled so I could sleep in a comfortable temperature. Aside from that the only annoying thing was that the in-room WiFi hotspot only works when the television is on so you have to reconnect it every time you come in and can’t leave your devices connected overnight unless you want to sleep with the TV on. However that was a relatively minor annoyance and all in all I thought this stay was good value for money and I would stay at Hotel Le Blanc Cotroceni again.
