Everything went superb and smooth. Staffs are really very friendly and always helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We also asked for a room with a view and got a room with the view of the Bucharest Parliamemt which was amazing. The breakfast was also great.

The room was basic and clean, excellent value for money, staff on desk really friendly, the breakfast was ok, just a lot of young men (waiting staff) messing around at breakfast, didn’t feel was very professional but overall happy I booked this hotel, 5 minute walk from train station.

Like a step out of the 1970's, staff questionable waiting to book in late, person prioritied buying a beer than is being checked in. You have to go next door for breakfast. Ok but nothing fantastic. Good location for train station, cheaper and better out there.

I chose Hello Hotel because it's only a 5 minute walk from Gara de Nord railway station where I arrived from the airport late in the evening. It's also very convenient for the metro. The hotel itself is very good for the price, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast, served in an adjacent building, is good value but mandatory eating off the tray makes it feel like McDonalds.

Fantastic hotel within easy walking distance to many amenities and attractions. Very friendly staff with helpful advice and information. The buffet breakfast is excellent, so many different options to choose from. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff, in particular, are very nice and friendly. The beds are comfortable, and the hotel is within walking distance of some historical sites. Our room didn't have a minibar, which I think was the only thing missing. The coffee was quite delicious.
