"We really enjoyed our stay at Chateau Victoria! The staff was really helpful, the room was quiet and clean, the pool had a good vibe and yhe location is unbeatable - we were close to everything we wanted to see and do. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel elevator wasn't working so my husband and I were given a room on the main floor accessed from the outside. My husband has mobility issues and we weren't able to climb the hotel stairs to the inside rooms. The room was dated and had to step up into the small washroom. If this was indeed a handicap room, wouldn't the room have a walk-in shower? We were paying the same as other guests but felt we were put in this room as a "fix". The quality of this room was not up to standard."

"For a hotel with this price, it was missing basics: 1/ no rail in the tub to hold on to when leaving a tall wall tub. It was a safety hazard. 2/ no hangers for towels in bathroom 3/ no small mirror in the bathroom for make up 4/ completely empty refrigerator, not even a bottle of water 5/ no laundry bag. These are the basics of any hotel stay. "
