"Hello. There was hot water running in the room, but the temperature was so cool that taking a shower was impossible. The sofa in the room looked very worn out, and the entrance door wouldn't close unless you gave it a good slam. There was no water in the fountains on the grounds—they are currently out of order—and the screen door leading out to the loggia was difficult to slide. However, the staff did an excellent job; they are a great team."

Sent a formal complaint to the hotel and have yet to connect with anyone almost a month later after following up weekly. Extremely disappointing experience."
