"The kitchen was ok.. the plug with the coffee pot and toaster didn't work, so i had to move them "

"Room was very dirty. Some areas of room looked like they hadn’t thoroughly cleaned since the last guest and some looked like they hadn’t done a deep clean in a very long time. It is not a hotel. It is a very old motel with only outside access. No elevator. Only room available was on the 2nd floor. At 90 years old, had to carry luggage up the stairs with no assistance. "
