After a long day at the baseball fields we came back to our room and found adult toys with accessories under the fold out sofa with our children in the room. The front desk and manager didn’t do anything to assist us and refused anything other than a breakfast voucher. They laughed and asked if they could come retrieve the items and never asked to move rooms or do anything else. This was absolutely disgusting and awful

No free breakfast, for the price of the room, I paid more for less. Turned on the heater in my room and it smelled like urine. Restaurant was supposed to be open until 9PM, came down around 7:30 for dinner and it was closed.

The check in was super easy and the staff was courteous. My husband and I double checked the room we were given - it was clean, bug free, no strange smells, A/C worked really well, and the bathroom faucets had good water pressure. My only complaints: some of the tv channels did not work and the tv had delays picking up tv remote inputs. However, those things were very minor inconveniences and did not have an impact on our stay. Otherwise, the hotel was really nice and met expectations.

Great hotel, nearly new. The only issue waa, we booked via Expedia at 4PM (we are on an 8500 mile road trip), and one hour later the room was $26 less expensive on Expedia. It was a non-refundable booking. This is not the first time this has occurred.

Strong cleaner smell and no one at desk for checki

Waited quite a while around 8pm to check in because there was no one at the front deck. Total of 6 people in line waiting for some time for someone to check us in. The hotel lobby and hallways smelled very strongly of PineSol or a similar cleaner. Hotel room similar, a different very strong cleaner smell. Very overpowering Room was generally clean, but an old washcloth from the previous guest was draped over the shower bar. Overall, not what I would expect out of a Marriott property and for the price paid.

Great A/C in our room !!! That’s always a plus in mid July in MS. Easy check in. Light bulb in bathroom over sink needs replaced…..constant flashing but other than that it was great!!
