We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. "Stayed for 3 nights. 1st night couldn't get good sleep, A/C unit in the wall unit had a fan that was noisy so couldn't use the A/C, since it was cool enough outside temp decided to keep balcony door open on 2nd floor. But facing street it was too noisy. With help from on site Manager Erika, she went extra mile to get us in another room 2 nights facing marina and A/C that was working. She checked to insure it was normal noisy window unit a/c. Overall property is clean, rooms were cleaned nicely, beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Disliked parking fees that provided no security, but it is norm in the area. Breakfast was better than average. Fresh ground coffee bean machine did decent job but coffee beans were commercial grade. For price point it is good place."
