"I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and while the staff were courteous and tried to be helpful, the overall experience was far below what you would expect from a property advertised as 3-star. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom showerhead had visible mold, which is a basic cleanliness issue that should never be overlooked. It raises serious concerns about hygiene standards and overall maintenance. The handling of late checkout was equally disappointing. I was initially told it wouldn’t be a problem, but the next day I was informed I would be charged $15 per hour. This inconsistency is unprofessional and misleading. More importantly, charging by the hour gives the impression of an hourly-rate motel, which is not what guests expect from a hotel positioning itself at this level. Between the poor maintenance and inconsistent policies, this stay did not meet even basic expectations. I would not stay here again."

"Not in the best location. Very busy area and a lot of transient people staying there. I was given only 2 towels. Not hand towels or wash clothes. When I call the front desk 3 separate times nobody answered. And when I went down there the guest service was closed down with a sign. This was during normal operating times. They were not friendly or helpful. The room was decent and sheets were clean. "

"A very clean property and close to the Hilton where my conference was 10 out of 10 recommend because those other attendees that stayed at the Hilton had a very horrible experience and I was blessed to be staying at this clean private suite."

"Got a great price on this definitely would come back if i will be making more trips in the area! very nice looking inside and would suggest to post a picture of the outside of the property so theres more idea of the place but other than that no complaints."

"We enjoyed crispy waffles using the toaster oven. Very comfortable bed. Nice private room I could experience the 7th day Sabbath while my husband enjoyed movies. I enjoyed having a bidet. We have a bidet at home. Nice available towels and nice big walk in closet. Quaint table with nice stools. Nice relaxing sofa. I really loved the area. "
