"The room I had didn’t have a higher toilet which made it hard to use and no grab bar. Hot water wasn’t hot, barely lukewarm. "

"Staff were nice and accommodating. Didn’t get up for the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that. The walls and doors are thin and I was woken up by loud people in the hallway. Then again by housekeeping knocking on the door, even though I had the “do not disturb” hanger on the door, and I asked for a late checkout. But it’s a cheap hotel I get it "

"While the staff were courteous and professional, my experience regarding issue resolution was highly unsatisfactory. Rather than addressing the matter directly, I was instructed to contact the third-party booking service through which I made my reservation. Although I complied with that request, the hotel has since failed to respond to or acknowledge the follow-up inquiries. Due to the lack of accountability and effective customer service, I will not be staying at this property."

"Called hotel upon arrival at Orlando International airport and they sent the shuttle over for me. Scheduled it back to airport upon check in. Room was ready upon arrival. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. Nice Denny’s just across the street. Breakfast was basic but ample choices. Coffee available all the time, but no cookies. This was my second stay before a cruise departing from Cape Canaveral. Already booked another stay this summer. Thank you!"
