Galinda was very friendly and extremely helpful. We arrived post a cruise and she ensured we could check in to our room early and allowed us a late check out the next day knowing our flight was leaving in the evening. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just returned from a week at the SpringHill Suites in Orlando and we couldn't be happier. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. Our suite was spotlessly clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious. Having the separate living/sleeping areas and the mini-fridge/microwave was a total game-changer for snacks and quick breakfasts. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic—way beyond the usual pastries. Hot options, yogurt, fresh fruit… something for everyone, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was ideal, with easy access to the main highways. It felt peaceful but was close to restaurants and essentials. Huge thanks to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and easy. Will 100% be staying here on our next trip to Orlando!

I will start with the positives. The staff was nice. The room was spacious and convenient to restaurants and airport. Now the negatives, the bathroom shower was covered in mold and I didn't allow my child shower in it. It definitely needs some cleaning and updates. Marriott used to be a much nicer place to stay.

Check in was quick. We were there very early and they can accommodate to store our luggages until our room is ready at later time. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Only thing is the hotel really needs some upgrades - outdated hallways, we visited the ice machines in different floors as the one at the fifth floor is out of service, and the are kind of rusted, and emergency exit push bar also rusted too. Not sure why the hotel not doing upgrade… other than those stuff. It is good location and helpful staff.

The room was a great setup for a workspace with separate sleeping area, with a small kitchenette area as well. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows & blankets, very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly.
