The hotel has an excellent location and offers a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Everything looked very clean, the service was great, and the rooms were spacious. There was a good variety of breakfast options, and both the pool and gym were clean. I highly recommend this hotel!

The whole hotel is very clean and in a very convenient location. The only thing I like say is how clean the rooms could be. They were fine aside from the bathroom, specifically the toilet had black around the corner. But everything else was good, the breakfast is surprisingly very good and complete.

Directions given by desk staff were very wrong, causing us to go out of our way. Parking is not included, and the charge is about $25 per day. The location is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. Marlows Tavern, which is right across the street is very good. Wifi was very poor, at least on my phone. Overall, we would stay there again, simply because of the close proximity to the airport.

The hotel is nice for the price. Breakfast is simple but filling if you make it on time. Rooms are very comfortable. Elevators do need modernizing, they are too slow and old and usually only one working. The best thing about the hotel is the front desk staff, specifically Galina, she is the best. Greets you with a smile and oh so helpful!! She is great!!
