We stayed here as part of our month long honeymoon throughout Italy. Overall, the place was safe and quiet and close walking distance to great food and stores. Something we don’t recommend is the breakfast service. It cost us €14 for two people total each day. We were told there would be bacon and eggs and full breakfast. The first morning there were only stale almost empty cereal, prepackaged rolls/bread, juice, and pancetta, plastic wrapped cheese slices and bread for toasting. The cafe machine made the espresso taste watery. No eggs or other filling options. Very disappointing. Not sure where the €14 was paying for. We could have gone down the street to the cafe and got a breakfast sandwich for €2.50 instead. We paid in advance for three days of breakfast and regretted it due to the price and the food options being very disappointing. The A/C was not helpful and did not cool the room at all. There were also lots of mosquitos in our room and we got over 20 bites each night. We would not rebook again but for the price of the room and the nice area it is located, it may be worth it for you. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days here. I hope this helps future guests. Save your money on the food and get lots of bug spray since the hotel does not provide any or any preventative ways to keep the room bug free. We did ask for help with our A/C and the mosquitos but got no help. Every other place we stayed at in Italy was amazing.

Lugar agradable, buen servicio, la persona que nos atendió en recepción fue muy servicial y atento. La habitación tenía todo lo que necesitaba, la ducha tenía buena presión y la cama fue muy cómoda, lo recomiendo.

Uma casa no jardim de Veneza

Um hotelzinho agradável, muito simpático e que parece saído de um romance dos anos 30. Ambiente de casa, tudo direito. Bom café da manhã, sem cerimônia, tudo simples, mas cordial. O Lido de Veneza é lindo. Uma delícia de lugar. Paz total. E Veneza está a uma viagem de ônibus marinho de distância.

For what I said, I got a really great deal. Bed was comfy and wasn't too far from Lido beach. Hotel staff were friendly. Facilities were great. I'd definitely stay here again

Ho viaggiato con le mie bimbe e ci siamo trovate molto bene. La villa è un pochino vecchiotta ma c'era tutto il necessario. La stanza è stata pulita tutti i giorni e alla reception abbiamo trovato delle persone particolarmente gentili .Vicino al mare e comodo per raggiungere il vaporetto. Conveniente

Lovely place. Great breakfast buffet. Handy for beaches but note public beach 3 bus stops away. Even public beach facilities were expensive for us being used to relatively free or low costs in UK.

The stay in the hotel was really great! Each morning, delicious breakfasts were provided, and the location was close to Venice island by water buses. Also, Lido island was a nice place for vacation.

Ruhiges schönes Hotel

Das Hotel Tiziana ist absolut zu empfehlen! Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war gut und der Kaffee schmeckte wunderbar und wurde persönlich frisch zubereitet serviert.Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit großem schönen Balkon.Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut die Insel erkunden.Das Hotel liegt nur 2 Bushaltestellen vom Zentrum mit Bootsanlegestelle entfernt, von dort aus kann man per Vaporetto sehr gut Venedig errreichen sowie den Flughafen.Wir würden jederzeit dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
