Convenient location

Simple rooms in an excellent location, 5 min walk from both the train station and a main ACTV (water bus) stop. Walls of room are thin and no elevator, so you might have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs, however it is a clean and convenient place to stay for a few nights while visiting Venice.

No Water in the shower.

No water in the shower... inform reception upon arrival, reception say technician working on it. Return at night still not water. The next day morning still no water. As we stay only 1 night, we check out without bathing.

Excelente custo benefîcio. Do lado da estação do trem e ja no caçadão que vai rumo ao ponto central da ilha. Tranquilo para ir com as malas após a saída do trem. Bom atendimento, quarto ok, pintado e limpo. Melhor preço que encontrei.

Quick and pleasant check in. Hotel is in need of a refurb. Poorly decorated, poor quality furniture and a horde of mosquito’s in the bedroom, got bitten several times... avoid this place!!!!

Please fire Leonardo! He hates his job and clients

Well, I can give you a good piece of advice - if you really want to book this hotel (cause actually it's ok) -ask the owner first, have he already fired an administrator Leonardo. And if the answer is no - then don't book it. Cause this man can ruin your holidays by yelling at you and humiliating you. As he did with my husband who checked in first. He travells a lot around the world for about 30 years and booked I guess 1000 hotels literally, and he never was treated THAT badly! This guy yelled at him and said that my husband's English is so bad he shouldn't visit other countries. Can you imagine that? Well if we could we'd chanched the hotel but we paid in advance and hotels.com decided it's fine to be yelled in the hotel. So I warned you! You'll be all alone with your problems if you book it.

Cheerful place for short stay

Very good location for station and for city. Helpful staff. Good breakfast choice.Room with courtyard view meant view of air conditioning equipment and a window that would only half open. But at the price and for one night it was fine.

Excelente relación Precio/Servicios

Excelente ubicación. Hotel muy bien conservado. Se llega caminando desde la estación de trenes. Desde Piazale Roma y fácil acceso a terminal de cruceros y vaporetos. Nos dieron check in antes del horario y una excelente habitación con terraza y vistas. Excelente wifi. Buena ducha.
