Good Location Away from Hustle and Bustle

This was a good property away from all of the hustle and bustle of St Marks. It does require a good walk to most attractions. It was nice to not have a key. You are provided with a code to unlock your door and a separate code for the exterior door. My only real complaint is that the bed and pillows were not good. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows unfortunately are flat and hard like most I found all over our trip in Italy.

Grifoni Boutique Hotel

The Grifoni Boutique Hotel was easy to find. We arrived in the morning via train and Googlemaps led us right to the front door. We were met by Teresa who was very helpful. We didn't have the door code yet and she was very helpful in assisting us. She got us in contact with management via Whatsapp and helped us through the process. We arrived around 10 am and check-in wasn't until 3 pm but we were able to leave our bags in a secure room. This was a plus because were had several hours until check-in and we didn't want to haul our bags around Venice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Exactly as advertised. The hotel was quiet and we slept great! The next morning Teresa was in the breakfast area and had everything ready. The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast (again, as advertised) and was very good. A great start to our day. This hotel is reasonably priced and I would definitely stay here again.

I WOULD NOT STAY HERE!!!

The hotel is fine... the rooms are not as nice as what the pictures show. But the BIG downfall is lack of communication from check in to being locked out and having to spend hours sleeping in the lobby with minimal furniture and not getting a responds from hotel till the next day. I still have not been able to communicate with anyone at the hotel other than but text. I have requested a phone number to speak directly with someone and they still have not respondded with a number. They replied they would send a phone number as soon as possible. Lastly, the hotel phone number that I do have no one has ever anwsered any of the phone calls I have made. Police Department even tried to help us get in touch with someone when we were locked out and they could get anyone to answer the phone. Again... I would not say here!!!!!!!!

Condizionatore rumoroso e camere non insonorizzate

Posizione, colazione, pulizia camera, stanza con molte finestre. Il condizionamento è assolutamente da migliorare. E' impossibile riuscire a riposare, visto il rumore continuo per tutta la notte. E' un vero peccato perchè tutto il resto è ok.

Ho molto apprezzato la velocità e la disponibilità dello staff già dal momento della prenotazione! Sono stati molto cordiali e facilmente reperibili nonostante le difficoltà dovute alla ripartenza post covid. Se dovessimo tornare a Venezia soggiornerò sicuramente da voi )
