We absolutely loved staying here. It is in a great location (central, close to many restaurants and beaches) and the staff was very nice. The breakfast offered is delicious and has a nice area to sit outside. Our AC ran smoothly and we had an easy stay.

We had a lovely stay here, Maria has been ever so accommodating we even arrived to a gift which was lovely! We were very close to the main square and other amenities and were a short walk away from some of the main attractions (bridge of sighs, Rialto bridge, St Marks bascilia, doge's palace and so on). We would recommend and stay here again.

Great romantic stay in Venice

Great stay in beautiful Venice. The host guided us how to reach the apartment from the airport step by step. As google maps are not very accurate. The host also gave us great food and places recommendations to visit. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. Very easy to get to and feels safe.

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie einem Sonnenschirm lud mit einem tollen Blick zu einer Flasche Wein ein. Die Küche war trotz ihrer Größe sehr gut ausgestattet! Wir kommen wieder 😍

This property is in a fantastic location, just minutes away from San Marco, yet just outside of its overly crowded areas. It is the perfect home away from home, but right along the canals of Venice! The owner/operator seems to have as much love for her guests as for her property. Absolutely no complaints during our stay, and we will return again some day.

The proprietress was warm and friendly and clearly lived in the building. The apartment was cozy and funky, with a relaxing vibe. We enjoyed just hanging out there, especially after walking around all day being tourists. The owner really was the one who made this an excellent choice. She was effusive and likeable, and made us feel right at home.

Ein entzückendes Apartment in toller Lage! Sehr nette Gastgeber und das Highlight ist natürlich die tolle Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll dekoriert und man ist in Kürze am Markusplatz bzw bei der Vaporetto Station Zaccheria.

Wonderful apartment and hosts in Venice!

We stayed at Residenza de l'Osmarin for four nights and had a great time in Venice! The apartment is very roomy, well equipped, comfortable, and conveniently located (just a few minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. Maria (the owner) and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts. They helped us navigate from the train station via a water taxi (which they arranged for us) and then met us at the water front to guide us back to the apartment. They were super helpful with tips on restaurants, things to see, etc. And breakfast was great as well. You don't typically find a music system in a hotel or B&B, but Maria provides a CD player and a selection of Italian music (like Vivaldi) so you can sip your Prosecco, listen to music and watch the gondola's glide by on the canal just outside your window. Doesn't get much better than that :)

Venecia estaba sufriendo la mayor inundación en años así que no lo pudimos disfrutar como planeamos. Para encontrar el hotel no deben guiarse por google maps, pues tiene un error en el mapa, es preferible que contacten a la anfitriona para la dirección, quien nos recibió personalmente y de maravilla. El lugar muy bonito, super limpio a pesar de la inundación y con una vista super. Lo recomiendo 100%

We stayed in this B&B for two nights. Definitely a unique experience. Very nice and helpful hostess. A very authentic experience of housing in Venice. The location is awesome, within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Absolutely will stay there in future trips.
