Comfy bed. Great air conditioning. Elevator worked great. Location on canal was amazing. We would open our canal side window and hear the gondoliers as they passed by on the canal. Close to St Mark’s square. Water in fridge is amazing. Laundry machine is convenient.

Nice room in good location. No on site staff. There were a couple things we requested that we weren’t able to get like extra pillow and linens. It turns out there was an area where these were stocked at the location but we weren’t told that when we made our request. Overall good but sometimes the little things make a stay good stay even better

Great location -had the family room overlooking the canals-amazing! Note that the photos showed the family room with the beds situated in different rooms but when we got there all the beds for four people were in one room. The two bathrooms were very convenient to have with 4 people. Great morning coffee just outside the front door in a small square-very quaint! Would definitely stay again!

I appreciated the option to store my luggage before I was able to check in. Although I must say I was a little lucky to get one of the four lockers since I timed it perfectly with someone who was just leaving. Otherwise I would have had to seek one of the alternative "partners" which would not have been as convenient. Property was very clean and spacious. My only regret is that we only stayed one night.

This hotel was great! There’s no front desk so they send you all of the instructions ahead of time, which made things very easy. The hotel was a little hard to find because it’s in a small courtyard but because of that, it was pretty quiet. Also, we had a gorgeous canal view, which was awesome. The room was very clean, they give you free cartons of water, and we were able to do laundry in their washer and dryer, which was so helpful (they provide washing pods too)! The one thing we didn’t like is that they had luggage storage but it was only 4 lockers (2 small and 2 large) and when we checked out, there was only 1 available. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Venice!

Amazing hotel and stay

We had an amazing stay! Our room was absolutely gorgeous with the balconies overlooking the river with all the gondolas going by. We got a serenade and it was amazing! The property was beautiful, very clean and the location the best!! It was very close to walk either to Piazza San Marco or to Rialto bridge. The coffee machine and the water in the room was great! The correspondence prior and during the stay was immediate. We were able to leave our bags after checking out at a locker downstairs on the first floor, which is extremely helpful. They even had toilets in the lobby prior to leaving back to the train station.We hope to return soon and really recommend it!
