Beautiful locale.

Beautiful home and gardens, lovely hosts, very convenient location. We were eight, and the place was spacious enough for us all. It had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Wonderful home for visit to Venice

As previous reviews state, the home is very clean, close to the train station and an easy walk to the restaurants and grocery stores. Hosts Tanya and Ihor were wonderful. They gave a tour of the home and the little village so that we knew where everything was located upon our arrival. 5 stars all around for this experience.

Perfecto!

Really enjoyed our stay in this quaint area! So convenient to train station and we walked to get pizza and gelato. Close to 2 grocery stores as well. But, what made it for us was sitting outside by the gardens and the host personally showed us around the block. And, everything was immaculate. Thanks Tanya for an awesome week!

Wonderful!

A 5 star experience! Ihor and Tanya welcomed us very friendly, even after we arrived much later than expected, to their beautiful house and garden. Everything was meticulously clean, perfectly equipped and presented with a loving eye and care for the detail. Beautiful old furniture, modern appliances, crispy bed linen and a lush garden all around the house. The train station is only a minute walk away, as are a bakery, supermakret, restaurant etc. Perfect location for a short trip to Venice. We would love to come back!!

Gorgeous House, Great Location with Wonderful Hosts

We stayed in Tanya & Ihor's place for 5 nights in August. We were so impressed from check in to check out. Tanya and Ihor met us at the house, we took a taxi from the airport since there were 6 of us it was cheaper and definitely the way to go. Tanya gave us a thorough walk through of the property. We used Google Translate to help with communication which was great. After the house tour, they graciously gave us a quick tour of the town, showing us the train station and how to purchase our tickets and validate them, where the grocery store is and some restraunts. The grocery store is close and convenient, just a 10 minute walk. There are restaurants and bakeries with in walking distance which made things easy. We cooked 3 of the 5 nights, prepped sandwiches for our outings to Venice. The train station is 2 blocks away and the train ride into Venice is about 25 mins. Tanya has an info sheet of what trains to catch coming home, which was helpful. We were a party of 3 kids and 3 adults and there was ample space and bathrooms. The outdoor landscaping is beautiful and the laundry room was very useful. I can't say enough about how helpful Tanya & Ihor were as hosts. Definitely the most interaction I've ever had with a host and it was so appreciated. I highly recommend this location if you don't want to be in the heart of Venice, and appreciate getting away from the crowds. It's beautiful and convenient and the hosts are wonderful.

A Quiet Retreat

We loved our stay! After staying in the busy cities for a few weeks, it was a welcomed change to stay in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was an easy one minute walk to the train station to get into Venice. As others have said, the hosts are extremely helpful and very kind people! They answered all of our questions and showed us around town upon arrival. Our kids enjoyed the fish pond and turtles on the property. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful house near Venice!

The property is absolutely immaculate! Outside gardens on every side of the property. Nice areas to spend time outside. Easy travel by train to Venice. Train station was a 2 minute walk from property. Can’t say enough about this house! Igor & Tanya were lovely hosts. Highly recommend staying here. The pictures on the listing don’t do the home justice. We were pleasantly surprised.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir hatten hier einen tollen Urlaub! Die Besitzer machten mit uns gleich eine Runde durch die Stadt mit ihrem Auto, sodass wir einen Überblick hatten. Das Haus war perfekt, sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Very Nice House

Very nice house, super nice hosts who welcomed us with a tour when we arrived in the evening. They were so nice to drive my husband and daughter to the supermarket 10 minutes before they closed, as we couldn't make it and walk down there. supermarket is 8-10 minutes' walk from the house and there is a good selection. The train station is a 2-minute walk from the house and the train goes directly to Venice. The house was very very well maintained and clean and everything was in order. We give our best recommendations of both hosts and the house.

Una bella e comoda villa vicino a Venezia

Cercavamo una casa per sei coppie e due bambini con almeno tre bagni vicino a Venezia e altre mete. Abbiamo optato per questa struttura che ci pareva adatta., dove abbiamo soggiornato per cinque giorni nel mese di giugno 2022.Le buone impressioni sono state tutte confermate: la casa è molto ben arredata in zona tranquilla a Quarto D’Altino, comoda con un bel giardino molto curato dalla sig.ra Tania e dal marito, persone gentilissime e accoglienti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e abbiamo utilizzato anche il barbecue e ,soprattutto i bambini, la jacuzzi. Fantastic place and spot

The Host are great, showed us every detail of the house took me around to show me where everything is. Close to Venice by train, 15 minutes. Definitely will stay again.
