love the rooftop honesty bar and really loved being able to watch the gondolas from the window, and hearing some of the gondoliers singing was outstanding. Amazing talent. The location of the hotel was fabulous and the food for breakfast was so nice. Access to hot and cold water was a real treat. All the staff were quite helpful. The AC was so quite we slept quite well there. I do recommend this hotel and would definately stay again.

Very good optoon with excellent location. Elisa (front desk) was always very helpful with her tips and recommendations (restaurants, bars, other activities). The room was big (unusual for Venice) and accomodates three with enough space for all. I would gladly come back (family trip) and truly recommend it.

This is a fantastic hotel in the perfect area. Within a 5-10 minute walk of all the main things in Venice, yet with a quiet non-tourist feel. The rooftop bar was an unexpected treat we enjoyed every day. The staff were amazing and we will definitely come back!

Nice short walk from the vaporetto and next to the opera house. Wonderful air conditioned room. There was a terrace on the top floor to have an aperitivo. Beautiful experience.

Loved the location, so easy to walk to all sites in the old town and to the Vaporetta. Don't miss the roof top balcony which has a view of the dome of the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute. Breakfast was superb. The staff were supremely helpful, even finding us another couple to share (and split the high cost of) a private water taxi to the airport. The boat showed up at our door on our final morning and we enjoyed a last beautiful tour of several canals and the wide open expanse of the lagoon.

My daughter and I stayed in a room with twin beds and it was perfect! The staff were friendly and accommodating. After I booked the room, I was impressed with the communication from the hotel (confirming my reservations, sending directions from our arrival point, explaining any extra taxes/fees that would need to be paid). There is a water station where you can fill your water bottle with filtered water. Free tea/coffee at any time. Room service available. Daily room cleaning. Always fresh towels. Shower, bath, air conditioning in the room that you can adjust. Blackout curtains. Very quiet. Great location on a little side street tucked away from the crowds.
