Great Stay

Perfect stay!

Staff was absolutely wonderful! Great location to San Marcos and the boat buses. Just wished there was an elevator or a lift from the street floor to the lobby.

What a great little property! The room was quite roomy and very conveniently located near St Marks Square and the Vaparetto stop at San Zaccaria. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. A great place for our four-night stay in Venice.

Its location is superb! 5 min walking distance to Clock Tower and Dodge Pallace. The surrounding are has many good local dining options, too. The room and linen was clean. The room was not spacy, but was acceptable for us, as a small family and for short stay. Spent most of our time outside.

Bug problems on the top floor would be main concern. Roach/beetles come out of holes in the tiles in the bathrooms, mosquitos find their way in as well, maybe a once over with some sealant would be beneficial for future guests. Everything else was excellent, no complaints at all, good location

Balcony was relaxing and had a great view. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the cleaners did an excellent job. Cleanest place I’ve stayed. Lots of dining lots in a prime location, lots of major sights nearby and water taxi platform is very close.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Lovely hotel, rooms were very clean and were warm despite cold temperatures outside. Most of the staff were very friendly. Nice terrace outside for the better weather. Location couldn't be better, everything you need nearby and only minutes from Piazza San Marco. Considering Venice is an expensive city to stay in, this hotel represents good value for money.

Amazing. I will b back

I stayed in a single room for two nights. The room was comfortable and clean. Everything was thought of. There were only no slippers. The staff was very kind, the location was great. It is behind San Marco Square. There are very nice restaurants and cafes nearby. I would love to come again.

We had an incredibly comfortable stay, with all the amenities you could ask for. The staff went above and beyond, always accommodating, polite, and respectful. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to everything you might need, from lively bars and cozy cafes to great restaurants. Even if you don’t speak the local language, it’s no problem as everyone speaks English. We stayed in Room 302, which was spacious and beautifully appointed, featuring a private terrace with a table, chairs, and a lounger, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and we would highly recommend it.

We went to Venice in May and this hotel was right in the middle of the action. Conveniently close to water bus station and St. Mark's square. Staff was friendly and attended to all our needs. However, it was lacking in a lot of room amenities. No water or coffee was provided. Drinking cups were plastic and barely stood up when filled. Airconditioning was not turned on and room was too hot. It's a good thing the staff provided us with an electric fan. I would find a different hotel if I were to return to Venice in the future.

Only one star. Booked the exclusive room #303. A strong sewer smell from bathroom filled entire room. The only remedy was to close the bathroom door and keep the bad smell there but then when entering the bathroom door we got nauseous every time. I put the wet towel over a shower drain and that helped little bit but overnight the smell seeped in anyway. The first front desk person said that that is normal in all Venice hotels but he sent a technician up there. The technician didn’t fix it. Anyway this kind of experience killed anything nice I could say about the hotel. Actually the blacony was nice because we had a nice view and we could escape the stench.
