Excellent boutique hotel in an amazing location! Only 5 minutes to Saint Mark’s Square, and in the opposite direction 5 minutes to the Rialto Bridge. This hotel is incredibly clean and has wonderful staff.

The front desk staff was great luggage storage is available but not really secure. The initial room we checked into smell of smoke and the staff was quick to change our room. Please note this hotel does not have a lift, any large suitcases, you’ll be lugging it up and down the narrow staircase.

Ideal location

Beautiful hotel in the perfect central location to all the main attractions. I would recommend to pack light as its a 5-10 min walk from the ferry terminal and there is no lift in the hotel. Staff were lovely and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends

Location of this hotel is very convenient to Rialto water taxi and easy to find. Also very close to St. Mark’s square. Lots of wonderful shopping and restaurant choices all around. Rooms comfortable, had a lovely canal view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful.

Located in a central place, an old mansion, pretty dated and three floors with no lift...small rooms...air-conditioned, some staff needs basic customer training...breakfast very very ordinary...looks like bread and croissants bought from local supermarket and very few options....the staff whistling around...limited seating space...overall a three star hotel with good location...nothing special...no views from the rooms...
