A charming, centrally located hotel that's perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, and the location couldn't have been more convenient. My only suggestion is that guests should be aware there is no elevator, which I didn't realize before booking and could be challenging if you're traveling with heavy luggage. Aside from that, we had a lovely stay and appreciated the hotel's charm and excellent location.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great as it was just outside the chaos especially when a cruise ship pulled in, but you are walking distance to everything. We took the ferry boat on arrival to the Aresenal station and it was a short walk from there. Breakfast was good for 15 euro per person per day. The room felt like a small cruise ship size room ha That would be our only negative of the place but I understand everything in venice is small unless you want to spend a lot. In the end you arent in the room too much so it was fine. Good AC, good wifi as well.

Good location and the staff were really lovely. Very accommodating for allergens at breakfast and had a good selection of food available. The room was okay, clean but needs a bit of maintenance and upgrading in the bathroom due to rust and mold on the ceiling . The building on a fairly quiet street although we were woken by other guests walking past the room or showering late a night. You can hear a lot through the old walls so bring earplugs.
