This hotel is located a short walking distance from St. Mark’s Square. It’s quiet and easy to get to. The breakfast was tasty and included. Staff members were pleasant.
I’d stay here again and I highly recommend it.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property, clean room, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. Walking distance from the train station (around 12 min), closer to a vaporetto stop, restaurants are not too far. I would stay there again!
The hotel was serviceable. The bed was very very hard. And the bathroom was tiny with terrible lighting. In fact the room needs better lighting all around. Staff was not super helpful but it worked for one night. I probably would not stay here again.
Great place to stay! Rooms were well maintained and clean. Quiet and away from the most crowded areas but within a very comfortable walking distance. Lots of great restaurants nearby!
Beautiful Venetian hotel. Room size was big. Staff was friendly. The Breakfast choices were plentiful for continental and good

Loved this hotel! Our room felt like a dollhouse bathroom was clean and warm. Staff was exceptional and made reservation for dinner and lunch. It was the best!
Recently refurbished to a high standard. Very high quality rooms (would expect the same in a 4-star). Ideal location, in a quiet area, but with dining and transport options within three minutes.
This is a building that is 500yrs old. Great location to San Marco Square yet in the quite neighborhood. Has an elevator! Concierge was amazing and very helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and the suite was amazing. I hope to visit again.

On arrival I was promised a bottle of sparkling wine, instead they put on the table the smallest 200 ml bottle from the minibar. By all means it can call a PERK for the platinum guest. Room upgrade was neither offered, nor mentioned.

Quiet neighborhood. It’s conveniently located near a water taxi pickup area and easy walk from the train station.
Lovely hotel close to the Rialto bridge and walking distance to main train station. Big rooms with beautiful decor. Love the red wallpaper. Good size room for three travellers. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
Location was great, room was a good size. We travelled with 2 boys - 14Y & 8Y - they had a big king bed pull out. Breakfast is a nice touch. Location was a 10 min max walk from the train station and LOTS around the hotel. Highly recommend
Excellent place to stay in Venice. Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very close to the train station (about 10-minute walk) and close to St Mark Square (about 20-minute walk). We will stay again.
We stayed at the Casanova apartment that is located in a different building next to the hotel. It looks recently remodeled and it had 2 separate rooms and a large bathroom. It was very clean. It was perfect for our family of four with 2 adolescents. It would be great for a longer stay. It also has a small kitchenette. Friendly staff, walkable distance from Sta. Lucia train station. I would repeat.
The room was lovely with nice decor. Possibly recently redone. Bathrooms older but with all amenities and clean. Location was away from center but not too far so less crowded with better restaurants. Staff were hit or miss - some very friendly, others very moody. Breakfast was decent. We left early on our last day and they made sure to prepare an earlier breakfast for us. I would definitely return. Small hotel was better than we could have imagined.
Good location not too far from the train station. The property was very nice although the room was quiet small. We were in a top room with a sloping ceiling and my tall partner couldn’t stand in half the room. The breakfast was good with several food options and made to order drinks.
What can i say, Venezia is just an amazing place by itself, but having the plus of an amazing venetian experience in a hotel with red carpets and friendly staff just adds to that beautiful experience, also the morning breakfast has eveything you would wan't to have while in Italy plus they make the coffee as you want it for ya, just charming.
The room is beatiful.
The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating both before and during our stay. The suite was very comfortable and there was a good selection of breakfast items. I would come back to stay again.
