Informations à la réservation fausses et mensongéres( nous avons tel une premiére fois ou on nous a dit que c'était calé alors qu'il fallait retel encore pour confirmer) TROP difficile à trouver , personne ne connait, une ruine extéreiure qui ressemble à une prison! Замечательное расположение в Каннареджо. Однако внутреннее состояние номера сложно назвать хорошим. Посуды очень мало. СВЧ-печь работает на последнем издыхании. Нет утюга. Нет пододеяльника. В номере не очень комфортно. Если Ваша поездка не романтическая - это очень хорошо, так как Вы предпочтете нахождению в номере, прогулки по прекрасной Венеции. Ну и цену за номер тоже нужно учитывать. Для Венеции она очень низкая. Повторюсь, если Ваше поездка не романтическая и Вы хотите сэкономить, этот объект подойдет идеально.

El lugar es pequeño pero cómodo. En general la estancia fue buena. Pero desaparecieron chocolates míos y de mi amigo que dejamos en el cuarto. Nada baratos. No puede ser que entren al cuarto cuando uno guarda sus cosas y dinero

ホテルはただ寝るだけ 英語が得意な方 この2点が当てはまる方にはおすすめです！笑 兎に角、ホテルの場所がどこか分からず困りました。ホテル名が書いてあるわけもなく、どこだどこだと30分くらい迷いました。Googleマップを見て、番地の4473という数字が鉄格子のある入り口の上に書いてあるのが目印です。(Santa Lucia駅から徒歩15分〜20分くらいなので、キャリーケースを持ってる方は、ベネチアの道はガタガタしてるし、橋を何回も渡るので大変です！) チェックインするのにも、私たちはホテルからメールで送られてきたアガタさん？の電話番号に電話をして、鍵の入ってる黒いボックスの暗証番号を教えてもらって入らないといけません。 このようなシステムに慣れてなくて、かなり大変でした。 英語がかなり出来る方なら、アガタさんに電話で鍵の使い方やその他の質問できて、余裕なのでしょうが、イタリアのホテルはどこも鍵の開け方がイマイチ分からず時間には余裕を持った方がいいと思います。 このホテルは、風呂トイレは共用です。幸い、その日に泊まっていた人たちは常識のある方々だったのか、風呂トイレはきちんと綺麗に使用されてました。ほかの宿泊者のおっちゃんとシャワーの時間が被りそうになりましたが、先にいいよと譲ってくれたので、一番乗りでシャワーを使用できたのはラッキーだったのかと思います。 他の宿泊者が使用してる間はトイレなどは入れないので限界まで我慢しないようにして下さいねw 一応、シャンプーボディーソープ、ドライヤーは置いてあります。 シャワーも動かすことのできるタイプでした。お湯もきちんとでます。 タオルはバスタオルと、小さいタオル2枚ありしたが交換などはありません。 キッチンのついてる部屋に宿泊しましたが、冷蔵庫もあるし、そんなに問題なく使用できました。(キッチンは使ってませんが、シャワールームにあるドライヤーを使用してる時に他の宿泊者の女の子がコンコンとしてきて歯ブラシだけさせて！と言われたので、おそらく他の2部屋には洗面台もないんだと思います。私は、キッチンの流し台を使って歯ブラシができましたが、、、、、。) このホテルで一番良かったところはWi-Fiがしっかり繋がるところです。ロビーのようなところに、見つけにくいですが、IDとパスワードが書いてあるシールが貼ってあるので、それを見てWi-Fiをつなげられます。インスタも快適に投稿できるしラインでアルバムを作成するのにも問題なく使用できました笑笑 Santa Lucia駅からは少し遠いかもしれませんが、サンマルコ広場やヴァポレットの乗り場からはそう遠くはないので、割といいのではないでしょうか。 ホテルのすぐ近くにジェラート屋さんもあるし、 飲食店も、スーパーもあるし悪くはないと思いますよ〜。

Rubbish Place to stay

Wouldn’t recommend this place, only 1 visit in a week for the so called house keeping. Cramped room, electrics need to be sorted, rock hard pillows, not a place to visit

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un appartement transformé en trois chambres avec salle de bain-toilettes communes. Bouilloire, tasses et sèche-cheveux disponibles. Lit moyennement confortable, cloisons très fines qui laissent bien entendre les voisins et aucune vue; mais l'emplacement est très central, le prix très avantageux et l'accueil aimable. Bon rapport qualité/prix!

Small tiny room Walls and ceiling Covered with blood from smash mosquitos. No one ever ask if we okay or need anything not clean sheets not towel We were there for five nights sleeping with the same covers and sheets Very disappointed, expensive not worth paying a penny.

Da evitare assolutamente

Check in dalle 14, se arrivate prima in stazione scordatevi alcuna gentilezza da parte dei gestori. Non sono stati flessibili neanche con un preavviso di 2 mesi. Accoglienza pessima, la dipendente a stento riusciva a parlare l'italiano. Stanza minuscola, nonostante la finestra (con affaccio su un sottopassaggio) non entrava aria. La stanza era lurida a dir poco, le pareti erano piene di chiazze di sangue, il copriletto era macchiato e le coperte rigide come la plastica. Nonostante fossimo in due ci siamo ritrovati all'arrivo con un solo asciugamano da viso e un altro da doccia. La cucina comune è adibita a stanza, con un letto matrimoniale che blocca l'ingresso. I saponi per il bagno e per i piatti erano praticamente finiti e per giunta annacquati! Le pareti sono di cartapesta e si sente ogni minimo rumore delle altre stanze.
