"Great location, great breakfast, very spacious room with real hangers, would stay again."

"If we ever go back to Venice, this is where we will stay again. The entrance is just 100 feet from the Piazza San Marco, yet on a quiet, narrow walking street. Right outside our window there were about 16 Gondolas moored with a lot of fun activity to watch during the day -- if we were to just sit by our window or sit in one of the hotel bar's balconies downstairs, sipping a glass of wine. We were greeted in our room upon check-in with a bottle of cooled Champagne. I don't know if all guests get this or it was because of the higher priced room overlooking the canal and Gondolas, but it was unexpected and very nice! The staff were wonderful and the breakfast offers both traditional European continental fare (our preference when traveling in Europe) as well as fresh-cooked scrambled eggs, bacon and other fare that Americans are used to seeing in the U.S. From the hotel, most anything you would want to see, eat, drink or shop for is within an easy walk. Very highly recommended!!"

"Overall a nice hotel with reputation of Crowne Plaza. One was inconvenient was that there was no power outlets on the bedside which I don’t ever recall any hotels don’t have outlet by the night table. You have to plug your phone charger on the TV wall, that wasn’t convenient at all. The coffee at breakfast was very good!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location - 1 or 2 minutes walk from the water bus stop when travelling from the airport, and close to St Mark's Square. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff are really helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"We appreciated the great breakfast to begin our day and that was included with our room cost. Loved the fact that there are actually 2 seating areas in the room for the comfort of 2 people! (which is unusual!). Loved that the room is refreshed each day & towels replaced when necessary. Enjoyed the opportunity to simply go and sit in the lobby when we felt like we needed more space. Enjoyed the fact that it is possible to bring a pizza and drink back to our room in the evening. Found all the staff to be friendly and very helpful. Lastly, the vaporetto Line 2 access within 3 minutes walk - is so simple that it really facilitated our ability to get out and explore Venice. (2 recommended tools include: The Chebateo? app was an essential part to assisting us in being tourists and using the waterbus/vaporetto as well as our Multiday ACTV tickets)."
