Centralt hyfsat Pittoreskt hotell i 1400-tals hus

Det är ett 3-stjärnigt hotell vilket märks. Lite slitet och inget fokus på detaljer. Enklare frukost med det nödvändigaste i ett litet rum där personalen hämtar kaffe åt dig (oklart varför). Med det sagt så är huset pittoreskt och byggt på 1400-talet. Man har behållit den gamla inredningen och det känns som en tidsresa. Vi bodde i en svit med familjen och rummet var stort med många mindre fönster. Hyfsad städning. Ingen hiss så blir ett träningspass till/från rummet. Personalen var hjälpsamma och trevliga. Kändes familjärt om man nu tycker om det. Ligger bra till vid ett stort skönt torg nära Rialto och Markusplatsen.

Das Zimmer war toll und sauber . Das Bett super . Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut . Überall kam man zu Fuß gut hin . Das Frühstück war ok , könnte man noch etwas verbessern für den Preisaufschlag . Die Rezeption war immer besetzt , manche Angestellte super nett , andere nicht so , leider . Im Grossen und Ganzen würde ich das Hotel unbedingt weiterempfehlen !!!

PARFAIT

L’hôtel est situé à côté d'une très jolie place ou se situe un église, une place de marché vendant des fruits et légumes. Le petit déjeuner est fantasqique et comprends charcuterie italienne, gateaux végan, fruits...A 1mn de l’hôtel se trouve une bibliothèque atypique dans laquelle on trouve une tonne une gondole et un tonne de livre de tous styles et en toutes langues. L'homme tenant cette librairie parle un français exceptionnel. L’hôtel se situe proche de Rialto et Saint Marc

The building is an authentic old Venetian palace with all the charm and decor you would expect. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the attendant who carried our luggage up 5 flights of stairs since there is no elevator. The step stone on the landing says 1437 which is when it was built. The bathroom is totally modern and the ac is heavenly. You feel like you stepped back 400 years in time in the main public rooms with the furnishings and details. Ca Malipiero is located not very far from Piazza San Marco and there are lots of opportunites to explore. We found an amazing museum just around the corner. Its a bit of a journey from the vaporreto stop but well worth it and the the Ristorante Santa Maria de Formosa is to die for, right in the adjacent square.

Das Hotel ist Teil eines ehemaligen Palastes und hat den typischen Venedig Flair: großartig, uralt und leicht morbide. Die Juniorsuiten sind groß mit hohen Decken. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam; das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Die Lage ist für einen Venedig-Urlaub optimal, nur rund fünf Minuten vom Markusplatz, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite gebucht. Auf dem Foto war ein blaues Zimmer mit 2 Fenstern, ausgeschrieben als Stadtblick. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit 1 Fenster mit Blick auf die zerbröckelnde Hauswand 2 m gegenüber. Die Leiste an der Türschwelle war locker und musste erst einmal neu befestigt werrden. Die Badewanne hatte viele Defektstellen. Es gab 1 Schrank mit 1 Brett mit Platz für 2 Personen, die 3. Person musste ihre Sachen auf einen Wandsims legen... Aber das Zimmer war warm. Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück gut.

Karakteristiek hotel

Het hotel is een oud gebouw op een sfeervol plein. Je moet wel een aantal trappen oplopen er is geen lift dus het is niet voor iedereen geschikt. Het ontbijt is prima, voldoende keus en ontzettend aardige dame die zorgt dat het je aan niets ontbreekt. De badkamer is super netjes, het bed is ook prima.

We stayed for two nights in a large room on the upper floor. The water pressure of the shower was very low and it took a while to get hot water. Otherwise nicely located and friendly staff, especially for breakfast. If you're looking for a big room in Venice, we can recommend booking the executive double room.

Très pittoresque

Demeure vénitienne typique très bien placée.chambre d époque avec un haut plafond garni de fresques. Petit déjeuner maison, personnel très accueillant. A 2 pas du centre ou du départ des vaporettos pour les îles de Murano ou Burano ( à visiter!). On recommande.

Central location, Great Breakfast, Helpful staff.

Great location in the heart of Venice. That said, all the transportation is a 5-8 minute walk.. Great breakfast and helpful service. Room was adequate, nice to have a large bathroom, fridge and room safe. I would stay again. Be ready for stairs! That's Venice!

Gostei bastante mesmo tendo ficado pouco tempo, estávamos em 4 pessoas Fomos muito bem atendidos e gostamos bastante, no dia em que fomos embora, saímos muito cedo e o hotel preparou café da manhã para levarmos. Quarto bastante amplo, banheiro bem limpo e serviço da recepção muito bom.

Well positioned and Very friendly staff

This hotel was ideally located within 5 minutes walk from the major sights. Surrounded by lots of lovely shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms cleaned every day.
