Realmente muy cómodos, nos seguimos bien incluso colaboraron con adelantarnos el desayuno ya que debíamos dejar el hotel muy temprano en la mañana. Es muy tranquilo y seguro.

buen alojamiento

Muy bueno en general. A pesar que estuvimos esperando el check in una hora nos recibieron y dieron desayuno mientras venia el encargado. La señora muy amable y ayudo a que ingresaranos antes a la habitación . Luego el conserje nos dio opciones de que hacer en Venecia en el dia; ya que solo nos ospedamos una noche. La ubicación súper bien a lo que necesitábamos cerca de la estación santa lucia unos 5',yendo por el atajo del puente universitario.

Séjour agréable et intime dans la Ca Fontanea. Pas de bruit la nuit, chambre confortable, salle de bain grande et vétuste. Proche de stations "vaporettos" pour aller sur le Grand Canal et pour aller sur Murano. Restaurant authentique à proximité.

Обслуживание так себе. Чтобы зарегистрироваться нужно в один из дней ждать администаторов до 9:00, раньше нельзя. Номер нормальный. Завтрак на троечку, круассан и кофе, поздно. Расположение неплохое. Второй раз будем искать новый отель.

Não tive boa impressão ao andar da estação de trem até o hotel pois parecia inseguro. A fachada do hotel na foto do site me parecia mais bonita. Fiquei decepcionado. O quarto é bom e espaçoso. O frigobar não tinha água e também não gelava. Avisei uma pessoa mas não adiantou. Creio que não recomendaria para amigos.

Nice place to stay in Venice. Convenient location. But not soundproof. You may need earplugs when you really want to sleep quietly. The stuff is nice and even open early breakfast for us. Highly recommended.

Мы жили на мансардном этаже с выходом на альтану - чудесная, очень уютная комната с небольшой кухней, удобной кроватью и запахом дерева. Пребывание в ней доставляет удовольствие и даже самозабвенно скрипящий пол не портит ощущения, что здесь все сделано с любовью и заботой. Завтрак на крыше в солнечное утро и пара бокалов вина в уютной крошечной гостиной в дождливые сумерки были одинаково прекрасны :) Уезжать не хотелось!

Friendly and peaceful little hotel

A very nice little hotel 15 min walk from the railway station, but still comfortably away from the biggest tourist hordes. Near to vaporetto lines 4&5, ten minutes walk from 1&2. Many good restaurants at the nearest big canal. We had a beautiful bedroom&kitchen -apartment with enough room; aircon and wifi worked well, shower was a little tricky at times. Good breakfast was brought up to the room, cooking the meals yourself would be possible, too. Although office is open only a limited time, they have a good system to make arrival possible at any time of day or night. Appreciated the luggage storage, possible during our hiking week in the Dolomites, and when we left later in the afternoon. Above all, very friendly, competent and flexible service!

Wonderful Place

This was an amazing hotel stay. Wonderfully large rooms, free breakfast delivered to your room and a wonderfully quiet location, located away from the crowded centre.

Lovely stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. However the shower was broken so it only worked at one height. There is no lift either which was a pain with my toddlers buggy but didn't impact our stay much at all. Really enjoyed the breakfast and was a nice touch to bring it up to the hotel room, however there was no where for the 3 of us to eat it so we made quite a mess of the bed daily. All in all a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Close to a water bus stop

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In the evening you fill out a form indicating what you would like for breakfast the next morning and they bring it to your room. The motel is close to a water bus stop. Very quiet at night.

Sijainniltaan mielestäni hyvä, vähän rauhallisemmalla alueella. Rautatieasema lähellä ja vesibussipysäkki hyvin lähellä. Mistä pääsi helposti "ytimeen" tai esim Muranon saarelle. Respan nainen oli erittäin avulias. Aamupala ei mikään kauhean monipuolinen, mutta ihan ok kumminkin. Se tuotiin suoraan huoneeseen. Kaikenkaikkiaan ihan sympaattinen hotelli ja huone oli siisti.

フロントが開いている時間が少ないのですが、事前にメールでセキュリティーコードなど詳細な指示があるので困りませんでした。フロントの女性も親切で到着後の指示も詳しく書いてありました。別の建物にあるアパートだったのですが、冷蔵庫、簡易キッチン、洗濯機まであってとても快適でした。唯一の難点が下水の匂い（？）が上がってきてお風呂周辺が臭かったことでしょうか。ドアをしめ切れば問題ありませんでしたが。

Comfortable room, excellent value

I was very glad I chose this hotel. The room was excellent value and very comfortable. I was only there for one night so did not use the kitchenette and washing machine but if I was there for longer, they would have been useful I liked being in Cannaregio. I hope to stay here again next time I am in Venice.

Good location but pick another budget hotel

This hotel is not worth staying in for its service. We arrived at 9 on a weekday night and there was no one in the reception to let us in. The sign on the door said to enter a code sent with the confirmation email but there was no code in the email so we had to ask another hotel to call the number on the door for help. We eventually were able to get in, but not until two hours later. Additionally, the hotel reservation offered "complimentary breakfast" but the concierge claimed that we had to pay 5 euro each per day to eat there. There was no mention online of the 3 euro per person "City Tax" that we had to pay for the 3 nights we stayed. The neighborhood of Carnneggio was lovely. While the hotel is a 25 minute walk from San Marco and the center of Venice, the location is tranquil and quiet and very beautiful. Find a peer hotel in the area for a better experience.
