Well let’s start by saying the walk from the Rialto to this property was long and steps without ramps Upon finding it you should know there is no one actually there to check you in. They send you a QR code which the front door I couldn’t have gotten open if not for my husband . Same QR code got you into the room no problem. Long steep steps with no one to help with luggage lead a cozy well kept room which was the only good thing I could say about this property. It was backing onto a very noisy street with a restaurant one four over which was noisy. The room was nice but we would not stay there again .

All communication was electronic. I was given the option of sending copies of our documents on WhatsApp or an email provided. I did not have WhatsApp so I sent it on the email several days before our arrival. We were told that when they received the documents that they would send the QR code for the entry door and room. We were on arrival day when we received a notice again about needing documents. She had not checked the email. I had tried to call the phone number several times but no answer. Finally received the QR code about one hour before arrival. Very stressful! No kleenex provided. Location was good for tours but difficult to get to with luggage. Would not recommend.
