Tolle Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Markusplatz und zur Rialtobrücke. Unser Zimmer zum Campo war sehr ruhig, das Bad etwas klein. Die Unterkunft hat zwei Rezeptionen im 1. und 4.Stock als auch zwei Frühstücksräume. Es gab allerdings nur eine Service Kraft für beide Stockwerke, die damit überfordert war. Auch wenn das mit dem Frühstück nicht so optimal war würden wir diese Unterkunft wieder wählen.

We were very surprised by the size of our room. We were put in a room feet away from the kitchen area where they prep for the breakfast. Immediately I wasn’t happy, but it was so well soundproofed, we barely heard a thing. The room had a living space, a walk in closet and 2 skylights. You didn’t even need to use a European connector to charge your devices, they thought of everything. The hotel is next door to a grocery store which was very convenient, within a 2 minute walk to Saint Mark’s and the Doge Palace. It was our fourth hotel during the trip and my least favorite for breakfast, but still enough to get your day started.

We had a wonderful stay! Staff were friendly and very helpful with late check in. Room was spacious and had all the amenities that were listed on booking app. A good selection of choices for breakfast. We would stay there again!

My room was so clean and the front desk staff was very kind. The manager, Nicolas Vianello, was extremely nice and helpful with all my questions about finding the good restaurants and easy routes to the places. He made calls for me and he greeted his guests with his beautiful smiles. Therefore, I had a very pleasant stay at this lovely hotel.

Foi uma estadia agradável… A localização do hotel é muito boa entre a Piazza San Marco e a Ponte Rialto. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, simples mas funcional. O Cafe da manhã é bom, gostoso… A equipe do hotel é prestativa. Recomendo!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe vom Markusplatz und vielen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten! Nebenan ist ein Spar. Gegenüber gibt es zwei Restaurants und trotzdem ist es bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig! Das Frühstücksangebot haben wir genutzt und es war klein aber fein! Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt außer der Kaffee! Der Cappuccino ist da eher zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Doppelbett sehr bequem. Wir hatten den Blick zu den Restaurants. Der Manager Nicola war sehr hilfsbereit und konnte etwas Deutsch. Wir kommen wieder.

Petit dejeuner décevant. Vienoiserie apres 8h mise au compte goutte (un des matins nous avons meme attendu 20 min avant d avoir un service et des vienoiseries et nous etions 3 tables)sinon hotel tres bien placé et chambre de bonne taille.

The staff were so nice and helpful. The location central, but busy. The breakfasts and breakfast service were great. The room was comfortable but the matress was hard. It could have used a memory foam topper. The lights in the room were inadequate. I needed to use a headlap to read. I'd say the lights were an issue; the room was dim. But overall I liked it alot.

We paid upgrade for premium room yet was given a very small room. Was told they had no premium rooms available to move us to. Mould in the bathroom and in the air conditioning unit. When complained we were told all Venice hotels have lots of mould and that it wasn’t a problem We have since been offered a token €40 discount yet this hasn’t made the stay worth it. Excellent location and nice view. Hotel easy to find and breakfast nice
