I highly recommend this b&b. Katia is the perfect host! She was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The breakfast every morning was amazing. It is only a short tram ride to Venice. Mestre is a nice place to stay and if we make it back, will definitely stay here again.

Logement et hôte au top ! Rien à redire

Nous sommes venus pour passer quelques jours à Venise et ne regrettons absolument pas d'avoir choisi ce logement ! Katia est une hôte très accueillante, toujours prête à rendre service sans être trop invasive. Juste ce qu'il faut ! Elle nous a donné plein de conseils sur quoi faire et où aller également. Le logement en lui-même est impeccable : les chambres sont grandes et très propres, ultra isolées et les lits sont très confortables. La salle de bain est également très propre et moderne. Enfin, les petits déjeuners étaient au delà de nos attentes : très bien garnis et personnalisés, et très bons surtout. Nous recommandons à 100% cette établissement qui est à seulement 20-25 min de Venise en Tram/Bus. Certainement le meilleur rapport qualité/prix/distance que l'on peut espérer.

Cozy, clean and lovely

Nice atmosphere, helpful and friendly (special thanks to Chiara!). Great transport accessibility: tram/bus stop to Venice in 2 minutes, center in 5 minutes, and 25 minutes by foot from Mestre railway station. The freshest croissants wait for you every breakfast.

Très belle chambre, très propre et bien confortable. Katia a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Excellent petit déjeuner inclus. On pouvait aussi utiliser le réfrigérateur et la cuisine. A deux pas de la station de tram et bons restaurants pas très loin à pied. Nous y allions pour le marathon. Nous avons adoré Venise et notre séjour. Katia et Luciano sont des excellents hôtes!

Прекрасное местоположение, рядом остановка до Венеции и вокзала, от аэропорта ехать 20 минут на автобусе и большой супермаркет работает до 22:00.У нас была уютная комната с двумя раздельными кроватями и общей ванной комнатой. Чай, вода, кофе в свободном доступе. Завтраки чудесные 5+. Было ощущение, что остановились в кукольном домике, все очень милое. Я рекомендую остановиться здесь.

It's an incredibly beautiful and cozy B&B. Katia, the host, is unbelievably helpful, caring and welcoming, so it feels like you are one of her dearest friends who has come to visit her. I highly recommend this property and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else if I ever return to Venice.
