the staff gave incredible info of the area, best spots to go and transportation guide upon arrival was super helpful! and our room was very clean, cleaners came daily to upkeep the room with new towels and free cappuccino pods. 10/10 stay would book again!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and the woman serving breakfast was very accomodating. We loved the outdoor space on the rooftop. Our room was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient for us.

Nice & clean facility. Room & bathroom are actually more spacious in person than in photos. Would stay here again but it’s location is a littler further out if you plan to walk to attractions in San Marco. Very friendly staff!

The room provided plenty of space to move around and was very comfortable. We even had a balcony. The location was walking distance to all major attractions. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. We had continental breakfast delivered every morning and it was included. I would definitely recommend Al Portico Guest house for your stay in Venice.

Very friendly reception, nice and clean room, this was a great choice and would highly recommend. No elevator but it was no big deal for us to simply carry our luggage up the stairs. It was also in a nice area and convenient to the local area. Great experience, we would stay there again!

Beutifull hotel great Location

It was the most beautiful hotel in Italy, my host was Nicola 😊🇮🇹 who took the timecto explain everything and gave a warm welcoming, made me feel safe and like home. The room was gorgeous, even more beutiful than the pictures onvthe Website. The olny thing i didn’t like was my next door neighbor at the hotel, i was sick and she was ver rude to me because I was coughing. Nicola made all the difference and made my trip to Venice a beautiful experience!!! For sure i'll try to come back here!

Great location, although a bit noisy sometimes because of the nearby fondamenta, and very friendly staff, but the apartment definitely needs some love, maybe a couch and a comfier mattress.

It was a very easy walk from the train station. (Don’t cross the first bridge, it is the second one from the train station). It is easy to get lost in Venice. We found exploring Venice was challenging in a good way. Nicola( our host) was encouraging when he said to explore and get lost.

The hotel is very good value. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the closest airport water bus station and there’s just 2 bridges to cross to get to the central train station of Venice. Room is clean and very spacious and the staff are friendly and helpf.
