The room and the staff were very very good. The hotel is in a good location. You are close to many restaurants and shopping. They are not very far from walking to the tour destination.

Great stay!

Wonderful location and newly renovated! The staff were incredibly kind, the location is a 5 minute walk to the train station (perfect location-close to everything, yet very quiet) and the room was great! I highly recommend.

Very good location, updated hotel. However they regulate the air conditioning to be no lower than 23C (75F) which will not cool you down after walking around Venice for hours so many showers taken after walking around for hours to cool off. Also had to sleep above the sheets at night and was unable to get restful night sleep.

Property was conveniently located to the train station. Was a little unique check in process. Check in was processed at another hotel across the courtyard. Used room key to open lobby access and get in the elevator to get to your room. Room was roomy and clean. Found a local bar two minutes walk away which had a very friendly staff. Had easy access to shopping and strolling opportunities to view the beautiful Venice city.

Highly recommend; it's worth it to stay here

My total experience was really good at this place. The location is perfect, and the building and the room are in great condition. Just few tiny negative points such as very small room, no electric kettle or coffee machine in the room; and there is no reception, so guests have to go to another hotel (just in front) for check-in/out and any other inquiries.

Beautiful rustic and quiet. In a quiet part of Venice, close to the railway station. Loved the rooftop terrace. A great hotel for couples visiting Venice. Would love to come back to this place!

Nice hotel in a very quite area

Nice hotel which is a dependence of Ca Nigra resort. Room (single) was newly renovated with very good taste (italians are the best!. Only negative is the breakfast. Not worth it the price

清潔さ:ホテル全体は清掃が行き届いており清潔だった。 スタッフ:アーリーチェックインに対応いただきありがたかった。このホテルは隣接する別のホテルでチェックインする必要があるが手続きに困ることはなかった。(本ホテルにスタッフは常駐していない)清掃もきちんとされた。 施設: リフォームされた室内は清潔でした。バスルームはハンドシャワーとオーバーヘッドシャワーがあり水量、温度調整共に快適だった。 エレベーターがあるのもよかった。 周辺環境:徒歩3分のところにスーパーもあり水や食料を容易に調達でき便利。サンマルコ広場まではいくつもの階段と30分程度の徒歩での道のりとなるが道中お土産屋やバルがあるなど楽しめるので問題ない。 総じて満足のいくホテルでした。

Excelente opción!

Las habitaciones están muy limpias y el mobiliario bien cuidado. La ubicación es excelente, nosotros cargando maletas no tardamos mucho en llegar al hotel y a la salida llegar a la estación del autobús. El desayuno en el hotel, en el jardín junto a los canales fue invaluable. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento.
