The rooms are comfortable, the bedding was clean and the bathroom was clean. Other surfaces such as tables, doors, walls, windows, super dirty. The rooms are in dire need of maintenance. I would stay again for a night or two for an event at the nearby sport complex, otherwise I would not. "
