Good location, not too comfy
This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of everything. The bed was completely worn out and sagging in the middle. Walls are thin, and considerable noise from the bar downstairs made it hard to sleep.

A great find
What a lovely place. A warm welcome, friendly staff, great room, good location. Wonderful choices for breakfast and a reasonably stocked bar. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel, the breakfast buffet was incredible. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very well situated. Parking was handy. Rooms were comfortable. Had a problem with my foldout bed, could not find a replacement so they put me in my own room. Above board service. Great restaurants nearby. Highest recommendation. Thanks for their great service, will definitely book again when next in. Sweden. Thanks

I found the hotel middle of the city centre only 3 minutes walk. The price was very good, especially in this hard challenging time. I love the breakfast and the staff all were beautiful lovely and friendly. I can't fault this hotel at all. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and will book it again in future every time I travel to Vasteras from London.

Exceeded my expectations
Amazing service, friendly staff! Great location. Pierre was super, I arrived at 10am and asked if I could drop my bags off to check in later but instead I was treated to coffee and breakfast while they got a room ready for me to check in early. Thanks!

Good value for price. Stayed in single room w private bath. Nice lobby and welcome. Room was quaint. Squeaky floors due to older building. Good bed, modern shower despite outdated furniture. Busy street for cars but not people. Good buffet breakfast. Would stay here again.

Comfortable at low cost
Great value for money. Decent breakfast included. Upgraded to a larger room. Dated interior but not without charm. A little dust on the carpet. The sheets were very clean/fresh and bed comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff.

Decent choice in Vasteras
We only had one night in Vasteras to see some friends so only needed somewhere to sleep and the Hotel Arkad was fine. Fairly basic and slightly cold rooms due to an unseasonably cool day but comfortable beds with decent linen. The room was spacious and the breakfast was reasonable. Supermarkets and restaurants all a very short distance and five minutes walk to the transport centre for buses and trains. Wifi was fine, little noise as it's on a quiet street and they were happy to look after our bags for a few hours

Hotel Arkad was definitely value for money. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was substantial and the location was right on the edge of the city centre. The rooms however are a little dated with stains on carpet and chairs.

Convenient and pleasant
Hotel is conveniently located near railway station and city centre. The reception was friendly and efficient. My room was small (as expected) but comfortable. It was a very cold night and the room was a bit chilly, but I coped. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Overall a pleasant experience to stay at Hotel Arkad and I will stay again.

Am not allowed to enter the room until 15.00 pm on the 14th . And I was in the hotel at about 8.00 am. It was so strange. Not satisfy at all,. I spend only 8hrs in this hotel before checking out by 20.00pm same day to take my flight back to UK. . But, it's ok. They says ,it was the hotel roles. Thanks

Bra pris, på en behaglig vistelse!
Ett rent och snyggt hotell. Inredningen kändes dock lite gammal, framförallt i badrummet. Sängen var dock skön, rummet var mörkt och tyst. Toppenläge mitt i stan. Omgivningarna var tysta och inte bullerstörda. Frukosten var helt okej, även om äggröran var lite smaklös. Personalen mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma!

Mysig hotell i Gurkastaden!
Åkte till Västerås för en dag för att gå på en spelning och hotellet ligger bra i centrum. Max 15 minuter promenad från tågstationen. Trevligt personal, fräsch hotell och frukost var det bästa av hotellet.
