Contudo, para o que o hotel cobra e para o que se propõe, vejo e necessidade de melhorias importantes. Os quartos, a área das piscinas, as instalações dos restaurantes não estão à altura de um hotel de luxo."

"The hotel, the staff and the breakfast are amazing. The place has easy access and free parking. The only thing that needs a major upgrade is the bathrooms. The toilet was broken, the shower was full of mold and the outdated tile looks dirty. But overall the hotel is the best one around the area. "

"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. "Foi o único lugar que encontramos para dormir próximo à rodovia. O valor da diária foi bem alto acredito que por ser férias e por ter vários hóspedes de um casamento. O quarto era bem grande, com dois dormitórios, banheiro e sala. Mas o acesso era bem difícil através de escada caracol.
