"Room was a wonderful size and clean .Its balcony is located On the shady side of the village --which is perfect for the summer (a little chilly in February but the east is having a chilly winter!) Only draw backs is you get one key fob for the potential 6 people it sleeps And that didn't work well however the renters left us another key fob (to enter the building) a day later after we requested it -- we also has 2 rolls of toilet paper (for 6 people) and 2 garbage bags. (With the request to remove your garbage this was a challenge) We went to the store and got more basic supplies. All in all the Village was great/ lively and the vacation was a success! "

"Location was great and host was responsive. The house was in disrepair and dirty. The stove does not work right. Doors do not work well. Furniture is very dirty, we placed sheets over everything. Extra blankets in closet were sour. The bed squeaks and with internet in room there was too much light. The bathroom was ridiculously small. I could go on but I think that paint the picture."

"This property is very unique and has something for everyone. It has five spacious bedrooms (three upstairs and two downstairs). All were nicely furnished. It offers four full bathrooms (three upstairs and one downstairs). Our group of seven had plenty of room and there was plenty to do. We had family and friends visit us during the day. There is ample parking for families that have multiple vehicles like we do.We absolutely loved the outdoor spaces this property offered. There is a covered area that has an outdoor kitchen with a wrap around bar. There was also an outdoor couch, a full size table, a big screen tv with plenty of lighting for the evening under the covered outdoor area. The pool area overlooked the pond with a fountain. Around the property there were trees including lime and avocado trees.The weather was beautiful 84-85 degrees with a nice breeze to enjoy the outdoors. The one minute walk to the water is accurate, however there is a very small opening through the bushes to get there. The area was experiencing a king tide which is a very high tide so we never could see any type of beach area. There is a short drive to the beach. You can park at Varn Park and walk on the beach. My husband and I drove to Matanzas Inlet one day. About a 15 minute drive. You can park there and walk to the intercoastal and aroumd to the beach. A great place to spend a couple of hours or a full day. Perfect for kids, families, and dogs. There is lots to explore. "
