"House was clean upon arrival. The pictures on line need to be updated, the neighborhood is much more built up, for example there are houses across the street. The house is close to the beach and community pools, having your own pool was great! It’s a great small, family resort community!! The house has a lots of outdoor seating on all levels and by the pool. The house does say will supply you with “starter” amenities, you will definitely need, dish soap, a sponge! Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom was provided), dishwasher soap too. A bonus was the extra fridge in the garage, comfortable beach chairs, a beach wagon, 1 small beach umbrella and enough toys for the kids. I would recommended this house overall, if you don’t mind stairs. "

"The vacation home was perfect for our week long stay. The kids loved the air hockey and video game. We also used the pool during the rain since it was covered. We also had dinner out on the large covered balcony. All in all the home was equipped with everything we needed and more. Plenty of room to watch TV and the dining area seats 10 with the table and bar. We would definitely rent this home again."
