We arrived early in the morning after debarking from a cruise. The front desk staff said around 1130am that our room should be ready. When we checked back in with them I was then told that housekeeping had just started working and it would be 4pm. They would email me when our room was ready and that too did not happen.
We had a lite breakfast and coffee then layed out by the pool as we waited until 4pm. The servers were great and made us feel welcome.
The room was great and air conditioned. Just wish the communication had been a bit better on the wait expectation as I do acknowledge the 4pm check in but was told we would be able to get into our room earlier when we arrived.
