"Beautiful condo with fabulous ocean view sunrise each morning and bonus sunsets on the poolside of the property, rate to see both in one location . Condo was larger than my 1600 sq Ft house plenty of space for multiple adults. Easily slept my son and daughter in law plus two teenage grandsons and I myself took the king suite with huge bathroom and giant walk in closet. My Yorkie was the best behaved he’s ever been, clearly he loved it all also, but dogs are not permitted in the pool area, understandably. Condo was very clean, very efficient ac, ( a must have in Fl), hot water whenever needed, beautiful full kitchen well stocked with things you might have forgotten, coffee pods, trash bags etc. if you forgot something, look in the cupboards there’s probably a spare whatever in there. Residents park under the building in secure garage, leaving plenty of space for visitors. I stayed late Fri through Tues morning, loved every minute of it and the private beach access is a very short walk from the patio across the grass and a 2 lane road that was never very busy. Excellent vacation thank you!! The host is quick to respond to any questions!"

"We had a great stay in Flagler Beach and couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family vacation. The house was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. It was a perfect fit for our family with kids of different ages, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was especially impressive, stocked with high-quality cookware and everything we needed for meals at home. We spent so much time outside enjoying the gorgeous patio, palm trees, pool, and hot tub—it truly felt like a private oasis. By the end of the trip, the kids were already asking if we could come back next year, which says it all!"

There are cute restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and some great state parks and trails close by. The best part is the beach! Right across the street with a private walk. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the Intracoastal."

"We had an absolutely wonderful time. The listing for this property was exactly as described and pictured. They provided everything we needed to be comfortable and was very clean. Communication was great. We were able to get into the home with no trouble. At was an easy walk to the beach where we spent much of our time walking and collecting shells. The view of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony was so beautiful. Highly recommend staying if you're visiting Florida. "

"“Location, location, location…” was our 1st priority. Initially, we spent weeks searching from the Gulf’s Panhandle, the western side Tampa Southward down 2 the Keys & then northward. 2nd, we have physical mobility limitations & needed 2 avoid short term rentals with stairs. We need level access & close 2 the beach. 3rd, we purposely wanted 2 avoid the noise of crowds, screaming kids & “touristy” locations. 4th We knew up front whatever we did was going 2 be expensive & any travel 2 a few attractions would be trying & we’d have 2 suck it up. This was the place for us. The Sea Forever Cottage seemed like the right place but we picked the wrong time of year, late February. Mother Nature did not cooperate giving us cloudy cool days with limited sun so we spent a lot of downtime between excursions, recuperating inside binge watching TV. From the very 1st day we had some security concerns. We weren’t able 2 secure & lock the front door. The weather takes its toll on these barrier island properties. The iTrip agency folks were quick 2 respond along with the very nice owners who live just upstairs. Their maintenance staff took care of the door problem when another problem cropped up that could be both a wider safety & fire concern. We could not brew coffee on our K-cup & toast a bagel at the same time. It seems the single pole 15 amp circuit breaker (CB) was not only loose but under rated in the home’s load center. The kitchen’s GFIC’s CB’s functioned as intended but "
